As of April 1, 2024 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has implemented a new Notice of Construction (NOC) form to be used (TCEQ Form #00495). Old NOC forms will no longer be accepted for processing. If a old NOC form is received after this date it will be returned along with a new NOC form to be filled out. A copy of the form can be found at: https://www.tceq.texas.gov/publications/search_forms.html.
