The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is holding an open meeting on Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Reimbursable Cost Specifications Rule Revisions on November 4, 2010. The meeting is open to the public and will provide a brief overview of changes being considered which may increase reimbursable costs at eligible sites. The TCEQ has revised the PST Super Guide: A Comprehensive Guide to Compliance in Texas, RG-475. This is a comprehensive guide to issues relating to PSTs, divided by subject into 14 modules and it can be found at: http://www.tceq.state.tx.us/comm_exec/forms_pubs/pubs/rg/rg-475.html
At its open meeting on October 12, 2010, the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) adopted the amendments, new rules, and repeals in Chapter 11, the uranium rules. The only rule that was not adopted is §11.136, concerning Uranium Exploration Permit Fees. The proposed version of this rule has been withdrawn, and a new proposed version is scheduled to be presented at the RRC's next open meeting on November 2, 2010.
