One of the benefits that the Houston Geological Society offers to the Geoscience Community are our monthly lunch and dinner meetings. The HGS holds two lunch meetings and up to four dinner meetings each month with a variety of speakers presenting information on various current topics. There is a Northsiders’ Luncheon that is hosted by Southwestern Energy and a General Luncheon held at The Petroleum Club of Houston. Also, each of our dinners focus on a different part of the industry including North American Exploration, International Exploration, General Exploration and Environmental and Engineering Geology.
