Join with us for a dinner focused on current international exploration activities. The evening is co-hosted by HGS International Exploration Committee and the HGS-GESGB Africa Conference. Come network with the exploration community, meet conference attendees, and experience two captivating presentations.

Speakers:

Pablo Eisner. Pecos Bill Oil & Gas

From Basin to Prospect: Learnings from a Lifetime in Exploration

Examples from the Equatorial Margin and beyond will be presented to show the value of integrating diverse datasets to understand an area and its additional potential. The importance of teamwork and the translation of technical data to economic value will be demonstrated.

 

Jamie Collard. Westwood Energy Group

The State of Exploration in 2024 & the Outlook for the Furure

Jamie Collard will discuss the Key Messages from Westwood Global Energy’s recently published State of Exploration report, looking at global high impact exploration activity & performance over the past 5 years, and some future challenges.

 

Registration is free for Africa Conference attendees.
