Grand Canyon Field Trip 2025

Trip Logistics:

• Pre-Trip Lodging Date June 1, 2025
  • Lodging arrangements are taken care of by HATCH. Double or more occupancy lodging at Cliff Dwellers Lodge or another comparable lodge in Marble Canyon the night before launch.
• Launch Date June 2, 2025
• Travel 188 miles from Lees Ferry to Whitmore Wash.
  • The day before your launch, check in at your pre-trip lodging location at 4:00pm
  • On your launch date, HATCH will meet you in front of the Cliff Dwellers restaurant at 8:30am.
  • On the last day of your trip, your helicopter fights & nbsp;out of the canyon will begin at 7:00am.
• Trip Cost:
  • Early bird Special $4,650.00 closes December 31, 2024.
  • $1,000.00 Deposit due at time of registration.
  • $3,3650.00 balance due February 1, 2025.
  • $4,950.00 Trip cost after December 31, 2024
• Not included:  Transportation to and from Las Vegas, meals at Marble Canyon (dinner and breakfast), tips for the river guides, and any souvenirs you may wish to purchase.

• HGS Grand Canyon Field Trip Cancelation Policy

  If a registrant must cancel his/her reservation more than 120 days before the trip (February 1, 2025), the registrant will forfeit your initial non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Any amount the registrant has paid beyond the initial deposit will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee. After December 31st, 2024, any guest substitutions or cancelation will be subject to a $200 change fee. Substitutions within 30 days will not be allowed.
