Th is includes a review of physiographic influence on occurrence\, flexibility offered within the Texas Risk Reduction Program and status of the &ldquo\; Back the BTV&rdquo\; effort that was started to ad dress regulatory concerns voiced by multiple Texas municipalities. This information will be valuable to any staff involved with due diligence\, regula tory submissions\, site investigations\, or waste management.\n  \;\n Bio:\n Dr. Kenneth Tramm h as over 25 years of experience working on environm ental assessment and remediation projects across t he United States. He has served as a national Envi ronmental Practice Leader for two international en gineering firms prior to founding Modern Geoscienc es in 2011. He holds a masters and doctorate in En vironmental Science and Engineering from the Unive rsity of Texas at Arlington and bachelors in Bioen vironmental Sciences from Texas A&\;M Universit y. He is a licensed Professional Engineer\, licens ed Professional Geoscientist and Certified Hazardo us Materials Manager. In addition to leading the e nvironmental practice at Modern\, Dr. Tramm is an adjunct professor teaching in UTA&rsquo\;s Enginee ring and Geoscience Departments.
